In St Petersburg, two 19 year old men killed and ate a 16 year old girl. Apparently they drowned her in a bathtub and then proceeded to cut her body into pieces and bake them with potatoes in the stove.
They said they ate her because they were hungry. Her remains were found later scattered in plastic bags around the city.
